How we do - Process

The process we apply is flexible and based on a thorough understanding of our clients' needs. As a solution provider we have many specialties and we work with a broad range of clients in a broad range of industries.

Are you an educational organisation looking for an appropriate eLearnig solution? A company that needs an innovative authoring system for technical documenation? A reaserch and inovative institution looking for a partner to help guide and execute your ideas? We work in all of these capacities and more. We thrive on creative and technical challenges and from making creative ideas work.

Our approach to interactive projects typically includes four main components: Definition, Creation, Development, and Deployment.

The first phase of any large-scale project is the Definition of the goals and constraints, which is achieved in close collaboration with our clients.

We create a sitemap or application flow based on the Definition. The information architecture wireframe is presented to the client for feedback and approval. After that we create a mock up of all major site screens, and even develop functional prototypes.

Our software Development process is based on Agile SCRUM methodology and begins once the project's designs are approved. Throughout this process we conduct unit testing, as well as cross-browser testing.

During the Deployment phase, we work with our clients' technical staffs to ensure that projects are rolled out smoothly and are properly integrated with existing systems if applicable. At the completion of the deployment phase, we provide appropriate documentation to the client and organize training session to ensure a full knowledge transfer.
